Designed by Charles L. Thompson of Thompson and Harding, this brick Colonial Revival was built in 1924–25. The Edward Lightle family moved in April 1925.

The house stands at 605 East Race Avenue in Searcy, Arkansas. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 22 December 1982.
